Change your company name in your Amélio account

When you create your Amélio account, we always enter the company name that you gave us when you signed your contract.
This name is used in various places and through several communications via the Amélio platform. Here are some examples:
  1. The [company] tag in survey questionnaires is replaced with this name.
  2. Automated communications (registration email, survey email, peer-to-peer feedback notification email, etc.)

What is the company name currently on my Amelio account?

For quick reference, this is the name listed in the upper left corner of the platform.

How do I change the company name of my Amélio account?

You may want to change the name of your company in your Amélio account.
For example, if you want to enter an acronym instead of the full name or if your organization changes its name due to a company merger. 

To do this, you just have to follow these few steps:
  1. Go to ''Company detail'' from the ''Admin'' tab.
  2. Click on ''Edit company details'' in the upper right corner.
  3. Modify or add the company name in both languages if required, then click on ''Update'' to make sure your edits are saved.
You will notice that there is a field for English and a field for French, allowing the platform to show the appropriate company name based on the employee's language preference.

Once your edits are saved, your new company name will automatically be used for future communications transmitted by the platform. 
The [company] tag will also be replaced by the new company name in future employee surveys. 

Important! 
Throughout the surveys, if you want the [company] tag to be replaced by a general term such as "company" or "organization", it is better to change the tag directly in the survey questionnaires, since the company name will also appear in all automated communications sent from the platform.
