The survey questionnaire can be edited to reflect your organizational culture as well as your objectives and strategy.
It is beneficial if the questions asked of employees are consistent with the reality they experience and the corporate culture that is unique to your organization.
For example, if your organization promotes flexible remote work measures, you might mention some measures in the question like this, "I think employees are really supported when they use flexible work measures (ability to work remotely, flexible work schedule)."
If, instead, your organization does not offer flexible work arrangements, the question should be removed.
Here are the few easy steps
to edit the questionnaire:
You will then be able to edit the questionnaire so that it represents your organization well.
Clicking on will bring up a tool that allows you to edit a question or disable it if it does not apply to your business context.
Company beacon
Note that when a question has the [Company] tag, this tag will be replaced by your company name when completing the survey and in the results reports.
It is not necessary to edit the question to remove the tag, unless you do not want your organization's name to appear in the question asked.
Order of questions
The order of the questions can be defined in the case of a survey carried out with the frequency "On demand", i.e. a one-off survey.
The selection of the view
format can be made at the top of the survey page. By clicking on "Survey order", the questions will be displayed in the order they are
asked to the employees. You can change this order by dragging the questions
from top to bottom.
Note: For continuous frequency surveys (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc.), questions are distributed according to the survey algorithm and the order cannot be defined.
Create a question
You can create different types of questions depending on what you want to measure. You can simply click on ''Add a new question''.
The rating scale and open-ended (text) questions generally provide more accurate and nuanced information.
Each question can be assigned to a specific engagement factor and sub-factor.
If you want your new
question to be asked based on the employee's response to another question,
select the conditional question option.
Then identify the associated question and what response threshold is required
to ask your new question.
Edit the survey in English
To change the survey questions to English or to translate the questions you have created, we recommend you to use the ''Traduction'' tab. This will allow you to view all questions in both languages. We recommend you to make your changes as you go in order to follow the thread of your changes.
If you are editing a multiple-choice or choice question, you will also need to translate the options under the question statement.
